Overview

Integrated Aircraft Maintenance, Workforce and Training

Australia’s only fully integrated provider across aircraft maintenance, overhaul, workforce and engineer training.

Sigma Aerospace Group brings together commercial aircraft maintenance, engine overhaul, component overhaul and parts, aviation workforce solutions, and aircraft engineer training under one operating model.

That matters because aircraft downtime, engineer shortages and licence bottlenecks usually do not happen in isolation. Sigma’s structure is built to connect the aircraft, the people and the training to enable us to deliver best-in-class tailored solutions for aircraft operators.

One integrated engineering solution delivering less friction between maintenance, workforce and training.

Our MRO division also offers piston engine overhaul, propeller repair and overhaul, component repair, avionics support, instrument calibration, engine exchange and parts support.

This Suncoast Aero capability adds depth to our offering across general aviation: in-house overhaul and testing for Lycoming and Continental piston engines, propeller overhaul for Hartzell, McCauley and Sensenich, dedicated test-cell capability, machine shop repairs, fuel systems, carburettors, turbo systems, magnetos, governors, and ready-to-install exchange stock.

From line maintenance to firewall-forward overhaul, Sigma keeps aircraft moving.

Aviation Workforce and Aircraft Engineer Recruitment

Direct recruitment, contingent labour and workforce solutions for airlines, MROs and defence operators.

Sigma Aerospace Workforce connects airlines and MROs with aircraft engineers through direct recruitment, contingent workforce and outsourced HR, with support spanning onboarding, payroll, compliance and visa support. Our workforce division also promotes engineer-led recruitment and pre-vetted candidates rather than generic recruiter shortlists.

For international demand, our workforce team also operates OHLA capability to sponsor and place overseas engineers under 482 visas while handling licencing, compliance and workforce management. On the careers side, we position ourself as a faster route for engineers to reach hiring managers and move into roles that fit their aircraft experience, pay and location goals.

Better engineers in the right roles.
