Discuss an overhaul
Piston engines
Lycoming and Continental overhaul up to 450 HP, including geared and turbocharged variants. Disassembly, inspection, machining, assembly, test runs and QEC build-ups.
Propellers
Hartzell, McCauley, Sensenich and MT-Propeller repair and overhaul, covering metal and composite blades with approved tooling and processes.
Components & turbine accessories
PT6 and PW100 fuel nozzles, turbine propeller work, fuel systems, carburettors, magnetos, governors and electrical components.
Q400 landing gear
Landing gear overhaul and exchange for the DHC-8 family. Send your part number and requirement so we can confirm applicability and plan the input.
Machining, welding & NDT
In-house machining and restoration, welding, hydraulic repairs and non-destructive testing to support engine and component work.
Engine & component exchange
Exchange engines, components and spare-pool support to help reduce time off the aircraft. Check availability early when planning an overhaul or repair.

Workplace apprenticeships with regular trainer visits and no block release. The five-week AIR programme develops practical skills and helps employers assess entry-level talent.
RPL & Aeroskills qualifications
Recognition of prior learning followed by a clear gap-training plan. Certificate IV and Diploma pathways matched to the trade, unit requirements and intended outcome.
CASA licensing & exclusions
Part 147 training pathways for category licences, modular outcomes and exclusion removal. Units, exams and practical evidence are mapped to the scope the engineer needs.
Aircraft type training
Theory and practical training for B1 and B2 pathways, including 737NG and MAX differences, A320, Dash 8 Classic, Q400 and Saab 340.
Defence & international engineers
DASR MAML training and exclusions, civilian transition support and overseas licence-conversion pathways. Training is planned against the individual’s evidence and gaps.
Custom & partner programmes
Targeted units, requalification and workforce training packages. Transnational and twinning arrangements can combine overseas learning with Australian assessment and qualifications.
